Embrace the comfort of your own home while we ensure your independence and normalcy. Our dedicated care workers, experienced and adept, pledge to assist clients right in the comfort of their homes. From aiding in morning and evening routines, which include washing, dressing, and preparing for bed, to ensuring timely medication and wholesome meals, we’ve got it all covered. Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain food product preparations. Additionally, we provide support with making beds, commode care, managing bins, and washing up.

Bathing and showering service available.
Staff will come to you in your own home equipped to assist you in bathing or showering.Care staff will bring with them an electric bath chair or a shower board to help you keep your independence.
All care staff are trained and experienced in assisting clients with all needs.£15 per hour minimum time 3/4hr

Charisma Care services offers overnight care for clients. Care workers can be requested for night care if needed.Night care provision is available as either a waking night service or sleeping in service.(prices differ)
Waking Nights 10pm – 7am @ £ 17.00 per Hour
Care workers will be awake throughout the night to do various jobs and ensure clients welfare during the night is met.
Sleeping Night care 10pm – 7am £ 85.00 per night a maximum of 2 disturbances
Care workers will be awake for the first 2-3 hours of their shift and then sleep unless required during the night by the client. The care worker will be awake from 6.30am / 7am.
Weekly cleaning services are available as well as ironing and laundry services.
We also provide a shopping assistance service and some general maintenance and gardening help.

From 9am till 3pm.
We will assist families by providing care services throughout the day in order to ensure families feel at ease and clients are happy and independent at home.
We also provide care provision in conjunction with Caythorpe Care group.
Clients will be picked up between 9am and 10.30 am and taken out to day care for the day. Where they will enjoy interaction, games, arts and crafts, singing and during the warmer months walks and days out. Clients will return home between 4pm and 5pm. The day includes meals and drinks.
Clients can enjoy the security of their own home or trips into town with the support of one of our team. Staff are there to assist the clients with their choice of activity, (as long as approved in the care plan initially set up). Care is calculated on an hourly basis.
Cost: Minimum of 2 hours @ £38.00 (Weekday) / £45.00 (Weekend)
